This colt by the sensational son of Sea The Stars is a three-parts brother to Group 3 winner Uncle Bryn (who has earned himself a place in the $5million Caulfield Cup), and a half-brother to Prestige Stakes scorer Boomer, out of Wall Of Sound, a Grade 2-placed Singspiel half-sister to Group 3 winner and July Cup runner-up The Cheka. He is the first foal out of Avengers Queen, a Listed-winning Brazen Beau half-sister to Group 2-winning sprinter El Caballo and exciting two-year-old filly Symbology. This is the family of classy sprinters Diligent Harry, Sneak Preview and Temple Meads.
Lope De Vega is renowned as one of Europe’s leading sires, with 19 top-level winners on his record, and he is a dab hand at getting talented two-year-olds. This filly by the son of Shamardal is the first foal out of Prestige Stakes winner Boomer, a Kingman half-sister to the Group 3 winner Uncle Bryn from an outstanding Juddmonte dynasty that has produced champions Elmaamul, Midday, Reams Of Verse, Regal Parade and Zafonic.
This Lope De Vega colt is a half-brother to five winners including Challenge Stakes hero Pogo, out of Cute, a Diktat half-sister to eight winners including the classy pair Arabian Gleam and Kimberella. Cute is also a half-sister to the dams of champion Love and Group 3 scorer Skia, who in turn produced Japanese stars Sol Oriens and Vin De Garde. The cross of Lope De Vega over Diktat’s sire Warning gave us Meydan Group 1 winner The Right Man.

Too Darn Hot has made a highly encouraging start in his first season with two-year-olds, supplying plenty of promising performers. This filly from the champion son of Dubawi’s second crop is out of Formidable Kitt, a winning Invincible Spirit half-sister to Chesham Stakes victor Arthur Kitt and Listed scorer Eartha Kitt, the dam of Gimcrack Stakes winner Noble Style. Her maternal granddam is Chasemore Stud’s wonderful foundation mare Ceiling Kitty, successful in the Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot.
Reigning champion sire Dubawi has more than 250 black-type winners to his name, including no fewer than 54 at Group 1 level. He has long covered only elite mares and this colt’s dam fitted the bill, as he is the second foal out of Nyaleti, winner of the German 1,000 Guineas and a neck second in Group 1 company.
